By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Japa Command / Visa Success Hub (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not purchase or use our products.

Our products consist of digital document templates designed to assist with visa applications to the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, and Schengen Area countries. Templates are delivered as digital downloads via Selar and are intended for personal use only.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the templates for your own personal visa applications. This licence is for a single individual and may not be shared, distributed, or transferred.

You may NOT:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicence the templates to any third party.
• Upload the templates to any file-sharing platform, WhatsApp group, Telegram channel, or similar service.
• Modify the templates for the purpose of resale or redistribution.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the templates.
• Use the templates for any commercial consultancy or immigration advisory service without a separate commercial licence.

All content, templates, text, design, and materials are the intellectual property of Japa Command and are protected under the Nigerian Copyright Act 2022 and applicable international copyright treaties. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

Japa Command / Visa Success Hub does not guarantee visa approval.

Our templates are tools designed to help you present your application professionally and accurately. Visa decisions are made solely by immigration authorities based on their own criteria and assessment of your individual circumstances. We provide guidance templates only — not immigration advice. All information you enter into any template must be truthful and accurate.

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We may release updated versions of our templates to reflect changes in immigration requirements. Customers who purchased the Complete Pack or VIP Vault may receive updates as described in their product tier. Updates are not guaranteed in perpetuity and are subject to our discretion.

Our website includes a version verification tool. By submitting your email for verification, you consent to being added to our mailing list for update notifications. This does not constitute a guarantee of future updates.

You agree not to use our products to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on any visa application.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Japa Command.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Japa Command / Visa Success Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to visa refusals, financial losses, or travel disruptions.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
